Hi, all.

I'm Jim, I'm a new manager at a small, rural library just outside of Atlanta. The Library is actually a part of a larger system, and so even though I'm the Director of this library, I'm considered a "Branch Manager" in terms of the System.

So far, I've worked a total of one day as manager, and am looking for FREE online or archived training sessions in which my staff and I can participate. Feel free to email me any suggestions to

Congrats on your new job, and welcome to WebJunction. If you haven't already, I would encourage you to affiliate with WebJunction-Georgia, which offers free and reduced-price online training to its members. More information about Georgia's courses can be found here.

Your staff may also find the archived sessions from WebJunction webinars helpful. They are generally one hour long, and cover all sort of topics. Check them out here.
