I've heard that "outreach" services take the first cut during tough budget times. What's happening in your library?

We at SOLINET have been noticing that a huge issue is with travel budgets being cut to near zero. Our cancellation rate has skyrocketed for face-to-face workshops so we have added to our Distance Ed workshop listings...and it's proven to be positive for everyone involved. Hopefully these tough times will disappear fast and more face-to-face workshops will happen, as I prefer to actually meet the people I am teaching!
