Technology Training for Patrons

If your library has computers available for the public, then there's no doubt that library staff spends time helping patrons learn to use those computers. Whether the technology training you do (or want to do) is one-to-one, on-the-fly or a more formal program, this session has tips and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the training you provide.
