Core Competencies for Library Staff

As the pace of change picks up speed, all of us who work in libraries feel the pressure of keeping up. In this one hour webinar, we explore competencies for library staff—how defining core competencies builds a foundation for identifying skills and knowledge gaps and leads to targeted training that will help keep libraries viable in the 21st century.
