ALS Special Projects Coordinator and RSA trainer John Howard  presented a series of workshops designed to assist libraries in finding new means of supporting themselves as basic funding sources shrink. In The Basics, John covers the cost, potential return and benefits of various fund-raising approaches, sharing resources, and discusses how to create effective plans tailored to the various types of fund-raising available to libraries.
