This site contains tutorials on a wide variety of library topics, including Copyright, Genealogy, and Medical information, as well as Collection Development, Public Services and Reference.
Alternative Basic Library Library Education (ABLE) Program
The ABLE Courses, maintained by the Idaho Commission for Libraries, are quite well known. There are three sequences of very practical tutorials. One is on Collection Development, one is on Technical Services, and one is on Reference Services.
Arizona State Library Collection Development Training
This is an excellent source of self-paced training on Collection Development and includes all areas of Selection, Acquisitions, Gifts, Weeding, and Policy.
Supplemental Alternative Basic Library Education (SABLE) Program
Like ABLE, this SABLE is maintained by the Idaho Commission for Libraries. It is an excellent site to visit for information on Children and Youth Services.
Toolkit for Planning and Building Public Libraries
This site is maintained by the Utah State Library and is an excellent source of information on library building programs.
