Optional: Please add the following text to the first line of your ezproxy.usr / user.txt file. Adding this line will provide OCLC support staff with access to your EZproxy admin, which will assist the staff in troubleshooting the problem further.

Replace the word "password" with a password of your choice. Once your issue has been resolved, please delete or comment out this entry.
