Presenters:
- Betha Gutsche (WebJunction/ WA) gave an overview and defined the characteristics of the concept.
- Michele Leininger (Pierce County Public Library/ WA) related the process and experience of the evolution of her library system to becoming a learning organization.
- Jennifer Fenton (Washington State Library) explored the opportunities for informal and self-directed learning.
- Kathleen Gesinger (WebJunction/ WA) discussed peer learning and using virtual tools to connect.
