It will be good to see old friends and make some new ones.

My name is Deborah Hotchkiss and I am the manager of Library Development Services for the South Carolina State Library. I have worked in library development at the State Library for a number of years as a continuing education coordinator and library consultant before becoming manager. Before my work in library development I was the assistant director of information services (reference) for state government personnel.

Outside of work, I am a quilter, a basket weaver (with fabric) and soon to be a rug maker.

I'll count myself as a soon-to-be new friend. I'm sure it will be a wonderful mix of people at the summit. I'll be sending a participant list with the next email broadcast on Monday.

It sounds like you're quite the craftsperson. I'd love to see some pictures of your work.
