Library and Archive Canada presents information on developing multicultural Web sites and providing content for multicultural web sites.

Canada's Community Access Program (CAP) gives thousands of Canadians affordable access to the Internet in places like schools, community centres and libraries. It provides access to those people who might not have computers or Internet access in their homes or workplaces.

The Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) was established at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in the fall of 2003. It is the first legal clinic of its kind in Canada. The Quintessential Consultant ('QC') is a directory of Internet resources for British Columbia public library staff and trustees. QC is organized by subject, and is also accessible through a keyword search. QC aims to describe and link to resources useful for people working in and on behalf of B.C. libraries.

The Canadian Library Association is the national English language association which represents those who work in or advocate for Canada's 21,000 libraries. The site includes links to other important library associations as well, including the Canadian Association of Public Libraries.
