Wisconsin Library Association went through a process over the last two years that has morphed the Wisconsin Library Trustee Association division of WLA into the  Wisconsin Library Trustees and Friends:&lt;br /&gt;http://www.wla.lib.wi.us/wlta/&lt;br /&gt;and is in the process of folding in what formerly was a separate &amp;#040;non&amp;#045;WLA&amp;#041; organization FOWL &amp;#040;Friends of Wisconsin Libraries&amp;#041; to bring together under one aegis advocates of all types.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;#045;&amp;#045;John DeBacher&lt;br /&gt;Wisconsin Public Library Development</summary>

    <summary type="html">I thought it was interesting to see the [url http://www.ala.org/ala/pressreleases2007/september2007/alafolusa07.htm]press release[/url] about the new partnership between FOLUSA &amp;#040;Friends of Libraries USA&amp;#041; and ALTA &amp;#040;Association of Library Trustees and Advocates&amp;#041;. Will be interesting to see how it impacts the efforts of those who spend time in either of these spheres.</summary>
