Serving Spanish-speakers in tough times

Looking forward to the February 10 Town Hall: Spanish Language Outreach in Tough Economic Times? I am!

And I'd love to hear your suggestions for topics we might tackle in the session. In other recent Tough Times Town Halls, we've tackled topics ranging from budgets to services, planning to staff training.

Here are some topics I hope to cover:

changing information needs, job and unemployment resource for Spanish-speakers
providing good customer service for Spanish-speakers (because as the recent WJ study on Latino perceptions of libraries reports, helpful and friendly service was more of a predictor for using the library than was access to materials in Spanish.
technology training needs
