Hi, all.<br /><br />I&#039;m Jim, I&#039;m a new manager at a small, rural library just outside of Atlanta. The Library is actually a part of a larger system, and so even though I&#039;m the Director of this library, I&#039;m considered a &#034;Branch Manager&#034; in terms of the System.<br /><br />So far, I&#039;ve worked a total of one day as manager, and am looking for FREE online or archived training sessions in which my staff and I can participate.
