That was former ALA prez Loriene Roy who said that, by the way. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;#040;We had to take out all the names from the article because some people became very agitated about some of the things they had said in the survey. We didn&amp;#039;t mind though, because we gave people the option of being anonymous so that they could really share their experiences. The important thing is getting the word out there, not who said them!&amp;#041;</summary>
