Yes, I was super fortunate in finding such a great new job so quickly.

I think the weather may have finally turned for the better here. I'm not sure if you already came east or are about to but you should have some nice sunshine either way - it's been quite nice for a week or so now...

Rain better be gone by the time I go back East in August. I am fully expecting 10 days of Cape Cod beach and BBQ weather.
Congratulations on the quick turnaround (#4 -> #5)to a new job. It's really rough out there.

2. WJ weddings (Chrystie)
3. a WJ departure (the wonderful Zola Maddison, who's off to Abu Dhabi)
4. post-ALA buzz and summer vacations

Hi Maddog and Bob!
So great to see you made it across the site shift intact. I wanted to fill you in on the plans for moderators moving forward and to thank you for all your patience as we've been moving the furniture around.

First of all, I welcome you to join the Topic Moderators group which lives within the Member Guides section of the Member Center. That's where we'll be rounding up moderators and their discussions and content.

With the shift of the moderator role to encompass both discussion and resource document moderation (in most cases anyway) we’ll be working to reassign moderation permission and give folks a chance to get used to the new topic areas.

Maddog, we'd love to have you continue to moderate the Getting Started discussions if you're available. I can work with you offline to get you rolling with that, but also please join the topic moderators group and chime in with your suggestions moving forward.

We have retired the old Moderators forum (won't bore you with the details), but we thought it was time to re-group and we'll use the discussion in the Topic Moderator group to re-connect and bring new moderators on board.

Let me know if you have questions about any of this, and again, thanks so much for all you do for the community. It makes *such* a difference!

Hey Gentleman -- you are correct. We are heads down, cranking away at the new site. I think many of our partners are in the same
"radio silence" boat.

Never fear, though. We are working on a new question of the week as we speak (type). Something along the lines of "where the heck did my favorite discussion go" is leading the polling right now. ;-)

Stay tuned. There's a bit of a lull, but we're building toward an exciting month!
