I learned a few library management principles in school, but nothing so nuts-and-bolts (and critical) as budgeting. WebJunction has a
handful of courses on the subject --one's a LE@D (U of North Texas) course on Basic Budgeting, which is more library-focused than the more generic budgeting courses that we offer from Skillsoft. If you take any of them, let us know how effective they are.
