Topics include promotion of a floating collection within the organization, inherent challenges and how to address them, selection and weeding strategies that maximize the benefits of a floating collection, and suggestions on procedures to set in place to help sustain this service model over time.

You'll learn the "why," and the "how to," along with the pros and cons of this model.
