Casey Foundation that helps service providers incorporate new refugee and immigrant populations into local emergency response efforts. The report mainly focuses on how to address language barriers in emergency preparedness for Limited English Proficient &amp;#040;LEP&amp;#041; communities. The report also includes lists of sources for LEP preparedness, which service providers will find helpful. Download the PDF file at &lt;a href='http://www.gcir.org/publications/gcirpubs/emergency'&gt;http://www.gcir.org/publications/gcirpubs/emergency&lt;/a&gt;] The Ethnic Community Self&amp;#045;Help Program is a grant provided by the Office of Refugee Resettlement &amp;#040;ORR&amp;#041; to public, private or faith&amp;#045;based programs that connect refugees and their communities to resources within their new American communities.  ORR is looking for national, regional or local programs that help in community building, cultural adjustment and integration of refugees into their new lives in the United States. It documents the story of a woman who survived the Khmer Rouge.
