If you've downloaded any of the Word documents and tried to open them in Office 2003 chances are it hasn't worked. To solve this problem head over to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/HA101686761033.aspx to download and install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. This will allow you to open Office 2007 files in Office 2003.

If you don't have access to any version of Microsoft Office or word you can download and use the Word 2007 Viewer which will allow you to open and read, but not edit, Word documents. I updated so I can open the documents but I cannot open the discussion on that computer. I am running Windows XP on it. Any Help?

Neither, I got that fixed with the download you explained. I cannot get the discussion on my other computer that I normally use. I guess it is the thread that I cannot get to come up.

I don't know what could be causing that one. In this case it sounds like a WebJunction problem. I suggest contacting them via the link at the bottom of the page.
