Security settings update

Through some interesting experiences in the Commission's computer lab over the past two days I've discovered that the security settings I was planning on using for the WiFi grant computers is insufficient. (Our lab computer also run Windows Steady State.) Both the Q1s and the Dells will still have Steady State installed but the new settings will require reboots to keep changes instead of just logging in and out as stated in the current version of the setup document. I will be updating the setup document and posting the revised version prior to shipping any of the equipment.
