All of the Dell laptops and the Q1s will come with Office 2007 Small Business which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. (I will not be installing OpenOffice as mentioned in your setup documentation.)

Those that picked the Q1 will also be receiving a external USB DVD-R/W drive.

Highlights of the changes include a faster processor, an extra 1GB of RAM, a smaller but much faster hard drive, a Web cam, a BluRay playing optical drive and 3 years of Dell on-site service including replacement if it's dropped for example.

We chose to make the Dell laptops red so as to aid staff in identifying this laptop as being the library's as opposed to the patrons.
