Some of the additional tools patrons are using include: Bebo, youtube, friendfeed, runescape, gaia, Older patrons don't use the computers so much, maybe to look up stocks, not social networking, Games with social exchange component, dating websites, games sites, chat programs, blackplanet, eharmony, (someone said they’ve had to filter runescape it is a bandwidth hog and nobody else can do anything).
