Time zone settings in profile?

Does the new webjunction take into account my time zone when displaying time stamps of discussion posts and activities?
It appears that the timestamps on the discussion threads are three hours ahead of my local time. i.e. my first post in Feedback Discussion was stamped as 8/5/08 12:37 AM but my local time was 8/4/08 09:37 PM
I would like to see all the timestamps on the site automatically correlated to my local time zone. (This is standard practice in just about every other discussion forum I have participated in online.)
