Our community conversations take place on All Aboard Discussion, our online message board. As hosts for discrete sections on the board, WebJunction Moderators volunteer to:

• Welcome new members to our discussions.
• Facilitate helpful, friendly, engaging discussion between other members.
• Move posts when they get off topic or branch off in new directions.
• Do your best to find answers to members' questions.
• Make decisions about discussion policies.
• Ensure that the community guidelines are followed.
