1. Is your Computer Ready? First, walk through the Setup Wizard as soon as possible. We will be using Voice over IP (VoIP), so you can hear the webinar through your computer’s speakers or headphones. If you
want to be able to speak yourself, you will also need a microphone, but this is not required.
If you don’t have sound on your computer, there will be a toll free phone number provided. Once you are connected to the Live
Space room, you will see the number and instructions for obtaining the unique PIN that will allow you access.
2. Connect to Live Space 10 minutes early Click on the following link to enter the webinar room: http://208.185.78.171/launcher.cgi?room=wj_learning Other Useful Information: Computer Headsets The perfect way to to speak and hear on VoIP is with a headset that has both headphones and a microphone. There are many good
models available for under $20. One that we use and like is the Altec Lansing AHS 322 which is available online for about
$12.
Closed Captioning We are excited to announce we are now offering closed captioning for all our webinars. In order to access this feature, type
the command /cc into the chat box once you are inside the Live Space room. Repeating the command will turn the feature off. Closed captioning
appears as white text on a black background in the chat area, alongside chat from presenters and participants. If you have

required by walking through the Setup Wizard. Do this at any time before attending or listening to your first webinar - you won’t need to do it again. The Wizard will
