To facilitate use of the modules from now till the future continuation of the program, new documents can be posted from each module and sub-module main pages and the community discussions are open. Find out how to get a headstone from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Choose Burials and Memorials. Then choose Burial and Memorial Benefits. Then select Headstones and Markers. The next page will explain who gets veteran headstones and how to apply for one.
