Consumer information from the federal government is found in a variety of places. Using official government consumer information can make the difference in the success of a consumer purchase or transaction. There are sites with buying guides, recall information, and complaint forms among many others.
This module provides resources to general consumer information. It also focuses on federal consumer sites that can be used before, during, and after the consumer process.
