Year One (September 1, 2006 - September 30, 2007)

  • Develop list of module topics and survey depository librarians in the five-state area.
  • Create training modules in WebJunction for the top ten topics from survey to be used in Train-the-Trainer Conference.
  • Design and hold the Train-the-Trainer Conference June 6-8, 2007.
  • Create remaining training modules for additional topics.
  • Develop state training program plans for each of participating states.
  • Begin state-level training sessions (depository librarians and staff training non-depository librarians and staff).

Year Two (October 1, 2007 - September 30, 2008)

  • Continue state-level training sessions.
  • Continue developing the WebJunction Gi21 site
  • Evaluate program.
